【成记】童子鸡应该很多人没听过,但只要我说LIDO 童子鸡。你就知道了。丽都成记童子鸡,他们80年代初期就开始营业,至今已有四十年左右,在亚庇属老字号辈份。鸡皮酥脆,鸡肉鲜嫩多汁,沾一点椒盐和辣椒酱。这种味道简又幸福。他家还有烧肉、叉烧、卤猪头皮、炸鸡胗。卤猪头皮也非常推荐,满满的咬劲吃到都很满足。😁🍀🪵Many may not have heard of "Tong Zi Ji" (Young Chicken), but once I mention LIDO Tong Zi Ji, you'll know exactly what I'm talking about. Lido Cheng Kee Tong Zi Ji has been in business since the early 1980s—that’s around 40 years of history, making it one of Kota Kinabalu’s oldest and most established eateries.  The chicken skin is crispy, while the meat remains  tender and juicy. Dip it in a bit of pepper salt and chili sauce, and you’ll experience a simple yet  utterly satisfying flavor.  They also serve roast pork, char siu (BBQ pork), braised pork head, and fried chicken gizzard.
